Search function issues
 

Is something wrong with the search function? I tried to search for any info regarding MMCS updates and got the pop up window saying 1) search term is not specific enough 2) there are no matches,each time i tried it. I changed my search words, spelling, made it less specific, and searched entire forum vs just the Outlander forum. I tried MMCS, mmcs, mmcs map, MMCS map updates, MMCS updates and every possible variation.

What am i doing wrong? I never had any trouble before.

I think he was referring to the search function on the forums, not the maps of the MMCS if I'm not mistaken. But yes, you are not the only one, when I try to seach even my forum name, nothing comes up. I just use google, with www.mitsubishiforum.com in the search at the same time to find something.

Rumor I heard is this is being done mainly for the 09' outlanders but a update disk for others will be available (for a price of course) which of course someone here will be kind enough to post. Seems really funny that the 09' outlander will include data current though 07' seems kinda like when i purchased my 07' i was pissed that it came with 05' map data, wonder if they will ever learn this annoys people.

Hi:

I have just purchased and installed a Map Update for my 07 xls and it cost about $120 which includes a Map Update and a Gracenote Update. I got them from a dealer.
