Strange startup
 

Hi i have a 2015 mitsubishi outlander LS. Occasionally when i put the key in, turn to start, the car turns on almost normally but 4 lights on the dash including check engine and battery lights remain on. The power steering doesnt work (extremely hard to turn) and basically car feels like its in a standby mode. I then turn it off, turn it back on and the engine takes a few more kicks to get going. Aftwards it then goes perfectly normal like nothing has happened. Start and stops perfectly next 10-20 times then does the wierd incorrect start again?
The car is 3 weeks old from a mitsubishi dealership and was serviced by them before being sold so i assume its in good order. Anyone know about this before i take it back and look like an idiot perhaps?
