RE: TSB Inquiry
Technical Service Bulletins ARE NOT RECALLS tsb's are information documents developed by engineers at the manufacturing level. They are handed down to the service technicians who have been properly trained (at the dealers expense) to use in addition to the factory service manuals and special equipment like the $7000. scan tool the dealers are required to purchase and keep updated.
If at any time your vehicle is subject to a saftey or emissions related RECALL you will be notified by the manufacturer and any good dealership in your home town that would like to see you maintain your vehicle (one of the biggest investments you will make) properly.
If you don't believe you'll be notified try the gov't. at www.nhtsa.dot.govyou can list your email and be notified of all new recalls to your vehicle. You can even search the TSB list and order copies for a fee ( just like the onesTHIS DEALERSHIPemailed for free).
Please don't read these bulletins and think the sky is falling and your car is a pos. Again this is information to help diagnose a vehicle.
If you find your car is not performing as it should, bring it to the dealership. If your not satisfied with the results and need an advocate
This dealership will do its best to help with all the informationI have at my fingertips.
by the way, if you go to my website mitsupartsman.com you'll see I'm selling OEM parts wholesale to the public. Try me out you may be surprised to see what a GOOD DEALERSHIP can do for you.
