S-AWC basically add a progressive lockable diff on front axle. On the older model the front diff is open and the transfer is only done front to rear.
Here is a collection of links about S-AWC

Download this powerpoint presentation from Mitsubishi US it cover the S-AWC for the EVO, Ralliart, the Outlander and the new RVR (Sport in the US).
This should help

So technically if i was stock on the snow, jack up,
..X.-.X
....X...
..N.-.X
Front Left and Front Right ( will spin together )
Center diff will lock front and back together
One tire at the back will spin ?
no locking diff in the back ?

No, this basically a front drive vehicle with a much better AWC, but a front drive nevertheless. Just like the one you have has a Front drive option on the ****.
I included a diagram of both differential.
Download the Powerpoint file and you will get a better understanding.
If you don't have MS Office then Free Office or Libre Office will work and both are free just Google the names to find the sites

Outlander's S-AWC is biased to the front of the vehicle leaving the rear like the standard AWC contrary to the EVO that has a RWD bias.
S-AWC in the Outlander is always Front AND Rear but the proportion is different between Tarmac, Snow and Lock.
Just the front gets the benefit of yaw control.
