Whats Missing??

Noticed 2 wires hanging from under my Outlander.Closer inspection looks like something has been ripped out of the bracket,any ideas what? it starts and drives ok and no lights on the dash,thanks in advance.

2007 Looks like ive found its the Fuel Additive Tank.....do i need it?

If you have a diesel, yes you do. If you don't have a diesel, it was not an additive tank.
