The information available is not sufficient to make the call. In the website you supplied there is a note: "will clear STI Brembo caliper". The Subaru WRX STI has a center bore (CB) diameter of only 56.1 mm, while your Outlander requires 67.1 mm. Generally, aftermarket wheels intentionally tend to have larger CB to make them mountable to most makes but none of them will be a good fit. However, real fitment only means that the CB of the selected wheel should not be either larger or smaller than 67.1 mm. If you want wider wheel why don't you look for the Eclipse's OEM wheel (18 x 8") that has 46 mm offset (your pick 47 mm). It appears to be much cheaper than your pick and a definite fit.

Do you think an 18x9.0 would fit?

With spacers anything can be made to be mountable. This, however, changes the suspension geometry that effects the stability of the car. I would not push it beyond 8" width. You might need fender flairs to make it street legal if you go with too wide or too small offset.

I found you a post in the Outlander Sport Forum, where someone installed a 10.5 wide wheel (20 x 10.5") with offset +30 all around with 245/35 tires and claims no rubbing. Fender lares were necessary though.

He needed to stretch the tire to get the fitment and it is not advised but since you asked for possibilities, here you can find one extreme wheel-tire combination.
