Default Chips n things

I know what the answer to this is going to be but do any of these performance chips work? I know that if the engine could be tuned better mitsu would have done it in the first place ,but I wonder if my 2.4 2004 LPG outie could be chiped to be more economical?

I know that Mitsubishi has a "Rallitronic" black box that you can add to your Outlander. Supposedly it allows you to switch between "city drive" to "Rally" mode...

I am about to buy an 07 2.0 Diesel that is supposedly chipped with Rallitronic, any idea what it does for performance and economy?

I have 08 2.0 Diesel equipped with Rallitronic. There are not noticeable difference in economy (+0.2-0,5 l/100km in city). Difference is obvious in power and agility, but there is not any command to switch on or off this device like previously posted.
After 9 months and almost 27.000 km, I'm totally satisfied.
