windshield wipers
Just wondering if you guys are running OEM or aftermarket.
I currently use Rain-x and am not satisfied. They streak like crazy. Any reccomendations? |
My wife has the Rain-X and she likes them. Rain-X were horrible on my Ranger. A few days ago I put some of the new Michelen Stealth wipers on the Ranger...they are great. Might want to try them out. I picked them up for 12 bucks each (in my size) from Walmart.

im assuming it works for some and not for others? my rain-x streak like no tomorrow. Im thinking on getting bosch.. we shall see..
thanks for the input!

The best
The best blades on the market are Trico and I have used them all. Amsoil - TRICO wiper blades

I have never found better than the Bosch Icons.
And actually, some of the worst were the Rain-X... Mine were terrible. |
I'm also using Bosch, and they work well on both my cars -- the Outlander and a Subaru Legacy.
|
If Bosch are the ones I'm thinking of, they have something like caps on the ends of the wipers. I always knocked them off when scraping ice.

i got Bosch, lets see how it goes. I got the Bosch Evolutions all season.. hope they are better than the rain-x

Bosch worked great on my GTO, but not so great on my Outlander. They are doing OK on the Outlander.
On the GTO, I switched to Valvoline blades because the Bosch wore out and right at that time there was a great deal from Sears on those Valvolines (like two blades for $10). The Valvolines are quite good on the goat, but not sure how they would work on the Outlander. |
i saw good ratings for this, so i tired them.. lets see i will update you guys when i can. Thanks for the input
