Had my fuel pump replaced, when i got the car back my a/c and heat was not blowing out on any level of settings. The air gets cold for a/c and hot for heat but the blower won't kick on to move the air. Blower motor was tested, it's good. Relays and fuses also tested and are good. Transistor (aka resistor) was replaced, still no heat or a/c though. Brother tested wires and says they're not getting power. Helppp!

 

It could also be the controller module that is the culprit.
