2003 Galant infintiy sound system

i have a 2003 Galant with the 7 speaker infinity sound system. I just picked up the car yesterday and the only speaker that works is the one in the center of the dash. everything is factory still but i would like to gett it all working. any ideas as to why the other speakers arn't working?
