2005 Galant no start
 

I have a 2005 Mitsubishi Galant 2.4 that will not start. If I turn the key it will attempt to start but it is not getting fuel and the fuel pump isn’t running. I thought it was the fuel pump going bad but realized it was not getting voltage to it and it will run if I run a jumper to it. I tested the relay I think is it from online diagrams (driver side internal fuse compartment) and the relay tested fine. I pulled the relay from the fuse box and it is not receiving power anywhere for that fuse spot. Is there a different fuse that feeds the fuel pump relay that is in the engine compartment fuse box? Does anyone have any other recommendations? I’m also not getting any continuity from the fuse pump relay spot to the battery. Not sure if there should be or if it runs to another fuse or relay in the engine compartment. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
