Does the slope/shape of the Torque curve of an engine match the timing curve ?

I have ported a few engines now.
I am still trying the build an engine that fires ATDC@wide open throttle.
Go on laugh but i had one in 2002 and I disposed of it,
The timing was all wrong, killed all the bigends, But never melted the pistons.
Have some data from this engine though.
Ive found a way to port an engine So that has Very little or no air resistance, on the induction system.

The graph shows it stops advancing the timing @7500 revs, so if my engine was highly modified I could push it up to 10k or higher, the fastest ive run the ported stocker it is 7k,
with my notebook system fitted, a std notebook not as compack as a black box but more flexible.
some pics of what ive been doing
www.smokingwheels.myphotoalbum.com
so I am saying is....
Most engines have a tendency to flatern the timing out around 3000-3500
After My porting work,
It doesnt do that,
rough timing values
900=0
3000=15
6000=35
7500=45
above 7000 ???? Its my only car atm..
also at low revs 800-900 the timing needs to be at or below TDC to avoid knocking.
also vacumme advance is up to 3 times the normal limits.
fuel consumption is very good and very bad depends how you drive it.
Its a 2 L engine that can use about 1.5 of fuel/min
so acording to some programs ive used it peaks at 200 Kw, I doubt if im getting that yet, only std exhaust, at idle on a still day your hand can feel a puff of fumes up to 2m from tailpipe.
