hello,
i have a 95 eclipse gsx i've had it for about a year and have so far replaced 2 transmissions, 2 clutches, and an engine rebuild with almost all hks internals.i have a few mods, k&n filtercharger intake, muffler, replaced resonators with straight pipes, short throw shifter etc. i do have a lifter tick that tends to go off i know that theyre not really a big deal, but i was curious of what exactly they are caused by and if there is an easy way to get rid of them?

Welcome and you can either try cleaning the lifters or replacing them w/ revised lifters.

 

how exactly do you clean them im good at tool work but i just need to know how to start

is it really that hard to replace them?

 

Check out www.vfaq.com, and replacing/cleaning lifters isnt a hard job at all.
