New here, Evolution IV owner.
Just thought I'd make an intro thread. I'm in the USAF stationed in Okinawa, and I drive a 1996 Mitsu Evolution IV. Haven't had the car long, but I love it! My last car was a 1994 Nissan 180sx (SR20DET w/ a few mods). Here's the car:

I'm not too sure how fond I am of the front bumper, at first I didn't like it too much, but it's growing on me real quick. The car doesn't have too many mods, Trust cat-back, HKS intake, Mine's front and rear tower braces, and a decent stereo. I just started my first round of mods to it which include:
17x7.5 Evo VI wheels painted black
215/40/17 Kumho Ecsta MX tires
Evo IX Brembo brakes with Powerslot rotors
Hawk HPS brake pads
Steel braided brake lines
The wheels are being delivered tomorrow, the tires should be here Friday, along with the brake pads and lines. The brakes will probably be here early next week.
The plans aren't too big as far as power goes, looking more for ultimate boost response than high power. I'll be picking up the Evo IX RS titanium turbo which will get me the 300whp I want and spool VERY quickly, will also get some mild cams to help bring the spool time down a little more. Downpipe, test pipe, Power FC D-Jetro, and AVC-R boost controller along with an AEM wideband and a few Defi gauges will go in too. Coilovers will be the last mod I make to it. By then I should have a very capable daily driver and weekend gymkhana machine.

I envy you!
I'm not fond of the front bumper either. It seems too busy with built in splitters. As most here will tell you that you can't go wrong with the stock body...in a sleeper sense
Are you going to PCS back with that car? Do you plan to?
Curious question...do you guys over there referrence the Greddy division of Trust...just Trust, over there?
Just curious since you called your catback a "Trust cat-back".
One more thing....MORE PICS
..because I love that car.
Oh and welcome to MF

Actually that front lip/splitter can be removed, it's seperate from the bumper. I had to temporarily remove it in order to pass the Japanese inspection anyways. We've got Greddy stuff over here, like intakes and the Profec boost controllers are Greddy, but seems most of the exhaust components are Trust.
I've got a connection back in the US where I could get the car back legally, but it would be a big pain in the ***, and about $5k out of pocket expenses. It would be worth it, but with my job in the Air Force, I am primarily overseas anyways. As long as I stay overseas, I can take it with me wherever I go.

My wheels got here today
painting them black tomorrow
My tires should be here tomorrow. I'm also hoping my brakes and accessories will be here tomorrow.
I bought a Defi Link II v2 and Defi BF boost gauge today. I also ordered an Apexi AVC-R boost controller (black) and Walbro 255hp fuel pump today, hopefully will be here Wednesday or Thursday.
