RE: Nooob.
Well too fast is all a matter of both experience and driver ability. Because for some people the stock evo may be too fast for them. Especially say its their first manual car. Also what year evo would you be looking to get cuz that will also make a difference Evo VIII, IX, or X

RE: Nooob.
I love how the new members who are female get a bunch of responses and the males get one word welcomes consisting of "welcome".
Still waiting for the classic post a pic of you and your car.
Oh and Al. of course welcome to the party.
As for the car being to fast all depends on how much you can handle. For some people anything over 60mph is to fast and for others it doesnt break 120mph its not fast enough.
Drive smart and it doesnt matter how fast it is.

I will admit I am more inclined to help the female members..... but thats just me : )
And as of now I have no ulterior interests... I am pretty much a taken man.
As far as the EVO goes, heres a few things:
1) You need to be experianced in driving a stick, no automatic EVO's are available (with the exception of the brand new one)
2) They are decently powered, however that is irrelevant because they are more stable than cars with half the power.
3) They require A LOT of maintanance, so if you are the kind of girl that doesn't like to get her hands dirty, forget it.
4) These are by no means luxury cars... you basically get an engine and 4 wheels... and a few seats, nothing more. So if you like the plush seats of a Mercedes, you will hate the car.
