i just put a new motor in my 90 eclipse gst. its bored over 20 and i have less than 2 miles on the new engine. on a cold start i have a slow throttle response, also when its cold the boost will spike to about 6psi when warm 3psi. I have a new 16g in it timing was double triple check. timing is on. i'm thinking a sensor isn't hooked up or vacum is not connected correctly. car drives well it does not miss can anyone help me before i was boosting to about 9-10 psi
