How much psi am i running on my 97 stock turbo for the GST?
i believe it is the T25 turbo.

you dont have a boost controller right? stock is 10-12

Unless your wastegate is bad.. :D Ive seen much higher with a bad wastegate...

well rust will sometimes cause it to get stuck I guess but how often does that happen

coolness. if i was to get a boost controller how much PSI could I run safely on my engine?

you can run safely on that turbo and stock fuel around 16/17 PSI. with a turbo upgrade and fuel upgrade that motor can take over 20 Easy in stock form.

Sweet. That'd be sick. When you talk fuel upgrades what do you mean? fuel pump, injectors, etc?
At 16/17 PSI how much horsepower do you think i'd have?

with exhaust and intake too, prob. 250ish maybe.

My friends talon raced me when I was bone stock and he stayed dead even with me and he was AWD, he had intake exhaust 1G BOV upper IC pipe and MBC at 15-17PSI somewhere in there. and the stock 03 EVO dynos 248AWHP

damn.

i'm gonna have to look into these boost controllers. going to have to get a guage too.
