2001 Montero Limited DC/MD/VA (DMV) Area
 

Hello fellow Mitsu lovers/owners

I am starting a search for a good Montero Mechanic. I have posted in the wanteds and also looking for other direct connections. Please feel free to message me if you know of a good mechainc that has experience with these old school monteros in the DMV area please.

Ive had engine trouble for years, suspension issues, engine light never goes off, so my baby never stops needing work.
I could be a loyal customer if i could find a could mechanic to fix these problems,. im warn out from using incompetent mechanics because they have no clue what a Montero is let alone work on it.

I take it to a new place over and over hoping to find someone to be my go to guy/girl. I know a lot of times its the lack of experience and skills of the mechanic itself but thats why i'd like some recommendations from fellow owners who have had some good experience with their montero hopefully.

I went all over there, but i think i wrote the gist.

Thank you in advance for even reading this...Please reply if you can help or point me in the right direction and I look forward to reading all the threads/discussions. the knowledge on here is thick and helpful as i have some mechanical inclination myself sothanks for any contributions.
I've been a member a couple years, but starting to get serious finally. 16 years I've owned it and many more hopefully. Ha!
