Default 1/4 mile time

My father and i are going to enter in a street night at a local drag strip. There are certain requirements if we are running 13 seconds or faster or 11.49 seconds or quicker. Can anybody give me a rough idea of what the absolute fastest time i could get is?

1995 Eagle talon tsi awd 5 speed
17psi
greddy intercooler pipes
Greddy rs BOV
3" turbo back exhaust.
Injen intake

and i weigh about 150lbs if that matters. First i need to know if i would do under 13, then if i would do under 11.49.

Now i know that i am not a good enough driver to acheive a perfect run, but can anybody estimate whats the fastest my car could do?

same this for my dad.
He has a 1995 GSX with the same mods but he weighs 240lbs

WHAT! [sm=chairshot.gif]. His car is a stock 15.1 sec car and your telling me with what he has he's gonna run 2 sec faster than that, i dont think so. Dont worry about running under 13 sec. cuz your not gonna do it. I would be thinking around a low low 14 sec. Maybe if your really drive it good a high 13, but i doubt it.

lmao, wow I wish it were that easy, try a evoIII16g setup and that has the potential to get you into the 12's.

First, if you do run lower and dont have the requirments they will kindly ask you not to run again untill you have the safety equipment. Second, you can always cheat and wait at the line for 2 seconds and then start, you will get a rough estimate on how fast the car is running and they cant say **** about it. Some guy in a svt cobra ran a low 11 with out a roll cage and they told him to get one or dont run again, so he did exactly the same thing, ran a 14 at 130mph lol.

Also track pavment is slippery for regular street tires I wouldnt be suprised if you didnt break 14.5 on your first couple runs untill you get the hang of it.

John how the hell would you know, you never even raced your old talon. Why do you open you mouth and shoot out these crazy ideas when you have no personal experience! With the mods he has he will easily be in the 13's, depending on how well of a launch and driver you are will determine high, mid or even low 13's. Good luck!

You got to be kidding me!! John.......Highway pulls and quarter mile runs are so different you can even compare them. I think you need to hand in your Car guy card..........[:@]
My old eclipse would clip of low 13's all day, Carl's firebird mid 14s, Big difference right? Highway pulls eclipse no chance against the firebird. Plus if you even want to compare, which you cant, mikes evo was probably in the mid to high 13's.
