Can anyone look up cell phone numbers?
 

Does anyone have ties in the phone company? I need to look up the owner of a certain phone number.

Or perhaps an account with one of those reverse lookup people?

Any help is appreciated.

I found an 'unknown' cell phone in my house...and I want to know who its registerd to.

The area code is North Carolina...

this will tell you a bit about it but not a name for 40 bucks they'll tell you everything that you want to know, best thing to do is just to call the person back

why dont you just start calling from the recent calls list till you figure it out, and let them know you have it. Thats what we did when we found one on the sidewalk
