You need to research the 00-01 Audi S4, this is a great car with many, many faults. The turbos along can cost $4k to replace,( this involves pulling the engine) the all wheel drive system can also be very costly If you can make repairs yourself, this is something that I would look into.
If you are looking at cars like this, you may want tolook into the BMW M3, ( or a 328 with a stick ) the 95's and up with the 3.0L can be had for just a touch above 10k but they will have some miles on them.

TheS2000 and the SVT Focus may look good on paper but they are both so weak on bottom end torque that they are hard to drive in normal traffic.

The S2k and the SVT are not hard to drive in normal traffic... come on.

The S4 i did do my research and got it from the horses mouth. I know what im dealing with.

As it turns out the cheapest insruance is going to be on a ****ing VW Golf Diesel. Only one problem... they are high 10s (like 17-18) and there is only one within 300 miles in me.. and its ****ing white! All automatics are out of the question.

Why is insruance on a GSX 350 a month JUST for liability? (internet quote) do you think it would be any different if i was to call?

If anyone has any better ideas or knows of a way to get a better quote... Please let me know.
