Default customize my car

hello
i have an 04 lancer es and i'm getting ready to buy parts for my car i was wondering if any one here knows of a website/program that i can sort of customize my car before i actually by the accessories for my car i'd like to customize everything from tinted windows all the way down to the rims

are you going to do anything to the engine or gearbox, to... you know, make it go better?

No I just want to do the out side for appearance the car is still under warranty and I don't wanna void that

I don't know of any programs, other than maybe Photoshop that do that. I would just do a google search for the parts on the vehicle to get an idea of how it'll look. It's your car, do what you want to it.
