hey i was just thinking about this... you didn't do any internal work... why did you take the head off? i see you have a new timing belt... did you do the head gasket and arp studs? is that why/

 

Put in a new OEM headgasket and ARP head studs. although you dont need to pull the head for the Head studs beause they can be fed down and threaded in with the head on and tighented up top but we wanted to see the shape of the motor and replace the HG while we had the car apart and there was alot of carbon built up that keith cleaned off of the pistons for me

 

cool. does taking the carbon off the top of the pistons benefit you in any way? just curious?

 

The radiator is now in along with the coolant and oil lines for the turbo. just got some small stuff to do like put in tranny and tcase fluids, motor oil and still waiting on my Ecu to come back

 

Nice car. Can't wait until I'm out of college... I want an "X" though. Even though it won't be the 4g63, I would like to work on something different. Anyway, props.
