heywats up, imbored at scholl and thought id say hi!
heres the deal, today i found out my ar did not have a govenor. so i went out to a straight flat an secluded area where i did a few 0-whatever i can hit runs. and heres what i found out.
1st gear:0-40 shift into 2n at 5750RPM
2nd gear:40-75/80 shift to 3rd at same RPMs
3rd 80-110 shift into OD (4th gear)same RPMS
and from there i was doing a max of 130MPH @ 3750 RPMs and the speedometer needle was stil limbing ata pretty decent rate
Mods:SRI,4-2-1 headers, 2 1/4" Cat back and gutted lol.estimated HP is about 175/180
right now i cant afford to take a trip to germany and import my car to germany to do a full test on the auto bahn, so mathematically im tinkng my top speed would be hovering around 150-160 @5750(shift point for the oher gears)6250 RPM(my redline)
not bad for an altima lol
im bored at school and i just felt like throwing this out there
before i tackle higher speeds i want to put in new valves, cams and definetlly valve springs. while i have it out im going to have the head sent out to be porte and polished. with the bottom end i just plan on either buying a strker kit,forged pistons and befy rods, or 240sx pistons makingmy motor have a little bit igher compression.
