For anyone who doesnt know strand hook are what the cable techs us to attach the ladder to the cable wires on a pole there are two hooks that you put on the wire that is it. If you slide then because of teh angle one hook lifts off the wire and then the other will grab if that happens it flips the ladder backward and tosses you off.
