id say just something simple like the banner with only the text and the mitsu symbol.

Well... whoever does it up, do it in vector format... Plotters like vector format, and weve got a few here where I work... Ill see if I can sneak the file upstairs and make at least samples....

why would you need to plot it. The thing is only gonna be for a small window. I would think 8.5"x11" would be big enough

As far as I ever knew, the plotter is used to make them anyway. No matter what size. Theyre the only ones I know of that print and cut for you...What machine is it you suggest?

The way to keep it cheap is to simply have an outline of the words.

So heres what im thinking: an outline of the mitsubishi diamonds with mitsubishiforum.com next/on it. Again, let me say just the outline.
