Ive been waiting for this since I saw the mustang bring back its older looks...

I must say Im a little dissapointed but yet there are things I like about it.. Ive always wanted a 69 Camaro SS.

Of all the different spellings for Camaro I've seen, "comero" takes the cake!!!! In any case as we are all prone to typos, the interior does nothing for me. I do however anticipate the release and return of the camaro. As it is an LS1 on stereroids, I think the engine will be awesome... the LS1 was fast as hell off the factory floor..325bhp, 350lbft torque and a 5.2 second 0-60 and 13.5 1/4 mile. Not bad from the General with a warranty and decent price. The new beast has 75 more HP and 50 lbft more torque and and the tires sure aren't 17's any more!!! The power should make it to the pavement pretty well with the 305/30/22 rear tires. This should be one sweet ride....not one to play stoplight tag with for sure.

 

Ya.. Im not sure what the hell im looking at on the dash of the car... I could be doing 150 and wouldnt know if i was looking at the fuel tank or the tach... This thing kinda looks like a cross between the new charger/mustang, with the power of the GTO...

I like the idea, I think its gonna be soemthing that would have to grow on me...

 

The new charger looks like a sweet ride too, gentlemen the battle for Domestic horsepower appears to be raging once again....If I only had the money to blow on a new car. I think everybody has been longing for the retro styling and Ford may have started the retro musclecar, but they are soon to be far outclassed by GM and Dodge unless they have plans more extensive than what they are currently peddling. The 06 Saleen is not going to cut it...personally with only 330 HP and 340 torque WITH a supercharger unless you're talking about the Extreme coupe from Saleen. The 2007 Shelby Cobra GT 500 Mustang with 450HP/450torque will be a screamer, but damn, these cars are going to be expensive as hell!
