if he is found guilty... fairness and all.... then he will be let go at best...

 

well unless they find the crash site it's all pretty well circumstantial if he was stopped when the cop found him.

 

exactly... although he was admitted into the hospital due to the excessive bruising on hes face... to match up to the steering wheel that it came in contact with. and sombody saw him unloading the beer cans and corn stalks... and the cop found him a quarted mile down... so unless the truck drove itself...
