Regularly check and clean car battery terminals

Corrosion and rust on battery terminals negatively affect the life cycle and performance of car batteries.
When cleaning the battery terminals, you can use water with baking soda with a mixture of 1:1. Remember to disconnect the negative side first. You also need to make sure that the two wires do not touch any other vehicle's metal components.
For better protection, the terminal spray can be used to coat the battery terminals. It will further prevent the build-up of corrosion.

Regularly check the battery and tighten the hold-down

Car batteries have bars that keep them stable and help avoid vibration damage. You should also pay attention to its hold-down when checking the car battery. Try shaking your battery and check if it's moving, which means the hold-down is loose.

Check the level of battery fluid and add if necessary

Use a flashlight to check the level of fluid in each cell. Your battery has enough fluid to cover the battery plates. If not, it means that it does not have sufficient fluid and needs to be refilled.
I also recommend using only distilled water instead of tap water. Tap water contains dissolved minerals that will affect the performance of the battery.
