So i was driving today and saw a car at thisby acar dealers oil change shop.
From a distance I said "Oh sh*t, its an Evo."
(But, the for sale sign made me think its an employees car, which it is.)
Then I got closer.
Its an 06 Lancer ES.... with an Evo body kit, and an obnoxious 5 inch muffler.
Heres the worst part... thefor sale signsaid "2006 Lancer Evolution VIIII"
"Very rare model, only 360 made in automatic transmission"
Me, being in high doubt (and of even higher intelligence) after seeing all the body kit cracks, the "FMIC" or billet grille, and the A pillar gauge pod, i got down to the ground and sure enough.... fwd!
HAHAHAHAHA
I'm going to theseller tomorrow and basically callhis bluff. Why? Why not?

It in no way looks like an Evo... I would never even mistake it for a second. On top of it just so you know there were ZERO Evos made with auto trannys.

My camera was hella zoomed when I took that.
I didnt notice the hood was plain when i was driving either.
I was 6 lanes over in traffic when I saw it.
And i'm well aware of the auto issue, all Evo's are 5spds except the MR which is 6, correct?

 

FIRST OF ALL!!!!!! the number 9 in roman characters is written IX not VIIII, and auto tranny, no no, just out of curiosity.... how much?
