What should i do need some advice gang....
 

my buddies dad is going through one of those mid life joints and asked me this moring if i would trade him my 92 eclipse for his 72 Nova. he said he wants something different and something the younger guys are into lol. i'm thinking about doing it any advice... remember i also have a 97 spyder so i wil still have an eclipse the 92 is just my dick around car but i love it...... but i love that nova too.

I had a 71 Nova and I cried when I had to give it up because I didn't have enough money to get another car as an every day car. Get it if its not an everyday car because it eats gas and is not as good for getting around in, but god it is awesome to have.

i know i almost called him a minute ago and told himit was a deal. and started thinking about the gas and other little odds and ends. the gas really doesn't bother me it the little rust patches i'll have to fix it has a tiny bit of rust on the rear driver fender and thats it so it's really not rusty at all plus i can build this one and dedicate it to my dad.

That actually sounds like a good idea. I have to say I built up a 74 camaro and it a great way to learn about cars and get a better apprication for them. One thing I recommend is keep it all stock and get only OEM parts, usually better anyways with dealing with order cars. What color is it by the way. I had a dark blue one with two black racing stripes with the raised hood, and big fat tires in the back with the crome bullet drag rims, god I miss her. I say go for it.

it is black with 2 silver stripes going down the center i already started looking for parts and i like the idea or keeping everything originial think i will look better that way thanks

definately keep it original. i have a 1970 plymouth duster in my garage and all the numbers are matching. the only thing we did to it was paint it, but it's still red. original all the way. it'll be worth more in the long run.

just called him up and told him we can seal the deal thursday on my day off i think a made a hell of a decision and glad i did its a sweet ass nova thanks guys
