RE: whats anti-lag?
its a 2 step. Basically its like a rev limiter at k- 7k where ever you have the tuner put it. when you bounce off of it you build boost so you launch off the start with like 10 PSI depending on the turbo and how long you bounce it

Not that anyone will see this but.......What the GSX has isn't technically at all anti-lag....... Anti lag is use mostly on race cars/rally, when then extra fuel in the turbine housing is burnt to keep the turbo boosting in between shifts. This is achieved either but pulling a massive amount of timing at the time of the shift(causing the dumping of tons of extra rich AFR), or a extra (Type) spark plug placed in the turbine housing. You usually don't see this on any street driven car due to the NOISE and the massive amount of stress this puts on the turbine wheel, when lots of turbine wheels are ceramic and cant take the abuse.....but more and more turbos are going with steel turbines.

i knew/know what a 2step/studderbox/launch control is i just never had it completely explained... i knew the basics... bascially ur using ur exhaust to spool the turbo to get boost right off the bat and not to mention you are launching at your perfect RPM range but just reading everything more in depth was kinda cool.
