miss fire help
 

ok to start off i am new to the eclipse all together. ok i got a 97 gst spider an it is missfireing motor sounds good no knock or taps an it dose boost u feel the miss fire the most when taken off no power at all! an car sputters to once u get going its not as bad but its not under load. an when u go up hill u can tell to when it is idlen u can hear it in the ex to so i know it is a miss fire. so what i am askn is what r the common things that will cause this an i want to do a compression test tomarrow what kind of numbers should i b lookn for? c i know bout nissan 240sx cause i have had one for a bit lol i just turboed it. o an my check motor light is on to some one told me it was a injector if so any way to clean them:confused:

could it b timing can it b checked with a timing light
