part #MD306269. 97 Eclipse GST 2.0. No longer available from the dealer. I have seen some good suggestions from time to time as to where to try. I have emails in to dsmgraveyard in NY, Mitsubishipartscenter.com, and automotix.com.

There is a wrecking yard near here I got some parts before but they only had a handful of Eclipses last time I was there. Any other suggestions? Nothing on EBay motors, amazon, etc.

Problem was the end that goes into the thermostat housing....the end was partly corroded and when I re-installed the head and put everything back together it no longer sealed. Guess it was one of those not broken til you fix it things!

This is a bear to find...if you were going to use an alternative what would that be - is this the same one that fits in some late 90's Talons? I don't want to stoop to the duct tape option (just kidding - sortof) - is there another way to fix this?
