[:@]Just a note on this... Some B*TCH hit my car in the parking lot the other day... She thoght she was gonna get away with it because I wasn't with my car at the time but... yeah, on an aircraft carrier of 5,000 people I found the exact hooker that hit my car!!!! here's what happened...[:@]

I got to work around 530am she got there a few minutes after me, it was dark. She hit my driver's side rear quarter panel... she said she didn't see that there was any damage (yeah, right). But anyway, I went back to get into my car after work and this gold Jeep Liberty was parked so damn close I had to squeeze my fat ass throug a 6 inch hole (that's as far as I could get my door open). I took the car up to get a new battery at Auto Zone and that's when I saw it... scrapes all down the side of the fender and a HUGE dent... the boyfriend was able to pop the dent but you can tell that one was there, it's not smooth... well... my boyfriend and his buddy being all "Subie" guys and stuff, they worked on it (for my birthday) (by the way, this happened 2 days before my birthday...) so, they got it looking "better" but I'm gonna make the b*tch pay to get it fixed by a body shop... all the damn scrapes and scratches are still there. So, I was casually complaining to a friend of mine and told her what happened and she told me that a girl that works with her had been complaining about hitting a car in the parking lot that morning... Yep, the stupid slut told on herself... I have yet to meet her, but my friend went and talked to her and asked her if she remembered what type of car she hit... of course she said "eclipse, I think" and when asked she said she drove a Jeep Liberty... hmmm... so anyway, my friend told her "yeah, you hit my roommate's car..." she says she's sorry and honestly didn't think there was any damage... kinda hard to believe considering how much there was... I don't have pictures of the dent but I'll post some of the scratches and stuff as soon as I can take them... so... I told my roommate to let her know that I will have an estimate for her in a couple of days and she can eiter cooperate or I'll take her a$$ to legal and report it... yeah, she's scared!!! LOL so, anyway, that will be fixed by the time the car is turned over to whoever wants to buy it... ok, done complaining..

Your going to get the damage all fixed up? Will this accident affect the car's price now?

First mistake was fixing the dent. Should have called the insurance adjuster as SOON as you noticed the dent so that the entire incident was documented. I'm an x bubblehead myself and I know how Navy legal works. If there's no police file, you don't have a leg to stand on.

Yes, I know this... I didn't fix it... once I noticed it I started bitching and stuff and boyfriend walked up and popped it right out... so yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about... however, it is what it is and it doesn't look that bad... I can see where it was because I know it was there but most don't even notice it since we buffed it out and everything...

ANYWAY... Price is now 4500
