2G maf adapter and Filter f/s

I'm running a gm maft and dont need this anymore. Its a 2g maf adapter w/ a k&n air filter. The filter is abt 6 months old and has abt 5k miles on it. The maf adapter is aluminum w/ a 4" opening.

Here is a pic of it installed on my car. Asking $40.00 plus shipping.
