I believe the correct step would be to contact the Admin at ETACS Decoder forum (Earl Vadim) with your full log. It might be the problem with their server or with your settings. That is why the full log must accompany your inquiry.

Trying to modify my wife’s 16 Outlander and having some trouble. Did they change the way they charge for this service? Last time I used it you got two free changes a day and now it seems they charge for every change?
Also, the change I want to make, I’m not sure is available. On my 17 Outlander, there is a setting when you get the ice warning message it will turn on the rear defroster and heated mirrors automatically. I want this on my wife’s 16 but since she doesn’t have the updated radio with CarPlay/android auto, I can’t access this option on the head unit. Is there a way to do this with etacs?
