2015 Shogun hands free not working (though Bluetooth music is!)
 

Hi, I have an odd issue with my 2015 Shogun. The hands free phone has stopped working properly. Bluetooth music is fine, phone connects, I can make calls and the receiving person can hear me, but I can't hear them, same if I call them. Volume is turned up. I tried resetting the whole system but the same issue. In the hidden settings menu there are no errors showing. Any ideas what the problem can be?

The only other sign of an issue is if I try and use the voice commands the system shows the correct messages on the display, but the system no longer talks to me!

If someone has the same model shogun please can you let me have the standard settings on the hidden menu, so I can double check mine against it?

Check front speakers. Had the same issue. Turned out both my front speakers were dead. Got new speaker. And now have sat nav voice and hands free. And talks to me.
