I found this, talked to the guyand he will go down to $10,900, says the car is perfect show quality, only down side is the mileage. Said it runs perfect and has had it completely serviced by Mitsu master mechanic. Obviously I'm still shopping, but what do you guys think? There were only 10 of these cars built, and he has the stock hood that came with the car, i don't like the one on it.

^^^Agreed. That is a nice car. Seems like a decent price too. How much is the insurance company gonna give you for the car?

He has the stock hood, which I would prefer. Yes, it's all wheel steering/all wheel drive twin turbo. There were only 10 of this car made with the pearl yellow.

dude that ****ing blows about your car....i would be tempted to kill that SOB if i ever saw him out somewhere..its just a good thing your kid wasnt hurt...

i love that car...lol not the hood though that looks terrible....id say they will total the car out cuz insurance doesnt ever want to fix anything more than a paint scrape anymore....dont forget that they also pay you like 900 bucks for the title so youll get that added on to the blue book value...

the kbb on the internet is pretty damn accurate...the insurance payed me within a 500 dollar difference of what it gave me so thats more than likely what youll get

but the VR4 is sweet and as an owner of a 3k i like them better than the 3g eclipse anyway.. so nice find the only problem is your insurance will probably be higher with the Vr4 and a wreck than it was with the eclipse...a catch 22 but i think youll be happier with the faster car

good luck

I did a KBB value on my eclipse today and it came out to $13,580, and the car was completely paid off The VR-4 insurance is only $10 more a month for me, the adjuster will be calling me tomorrow with a decision to fix or total, but he said more than likely they will total. He told me that they will reimburse me for whatever the market retail value is for the car at the time of the accident, so I think I'm kinda lucky in that respect. Hopefully, I can get that VR-4. Anyone live in Oklahoma?
