Mit Montero Mechanic in DFW wanted
 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good Mitsubishi mechanic in the Dallas-FW area or N Texas? My 2001 Montero Limited (158,000 miles) needs a few routine maintenance items done, 2nd timing belt replacement, valve cover gaskets, plug & wires etc. I've always done my own work but we live in a multistory condo building now, and I can't tackle major projects in the public garage. I recently replaced the serpentine belt, tensioner, fixed the P0400 EGR issue. But anything requiring more than a few hours is not possible in my environment. I've considered renting space at a diy garage, but impossible to find in this area. DIY would be my preference if any one is aware of a DIY shop in N Texas.
Next year we are buying a piece of land to build a house and structure. My first structure will be a large workshop w/AC.
