2012 RVR/Outlander Sport/ ASX Struts
 

Hi everyone, so my 2012 Outlander Sport needs replacement struts (all 4 according to dealer, havent looked at anything myself), and the dealer wants an outrageous amount for the work so I want to just do it myself. I am having trouble finding a place that sells struts for the car in Canada and the USA so if anyone can point me in the right direction that would help me out a lot.

On a side note, can I (and SHOULD I) replace the struts with coilovers or shocks? Car is only used on the street and obviously it is not a performance car in any way.

I am also interested. Is all Outlander Sport / RVR / ASX parts interchangeable?
