Default Odd vibration in floor board

ok, so first let me tell you i have changed out all four struts, replaced the front sway-bar links, and both front tie rod ends. And i just had an alignment.

I have a 04 lancer ralliart sportback. When i hit about 60 mph and turn slightly right i get a very strong vibration that i can feel in the floor board like a tire is super wobbly. When i turn to the left it doesn't happen. i've checked the inner tie rods, and the a little bit of play, but not much at all. less than .03 movement. i've also checked the hub assembly to see if the bearings are bad, but 1, i don't hear any humming when i am driving, and there is no movement up and down on the wheel, and it spins like it has good bearings. i'm kind of lost on what to check next.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

G
