Hello, I'm new to the 4D56 engine, had a 2006 Montero 4M40 and the diesel pump was adjusted manually to eliminate turbo lag. Now I have a 2015 L200 with 140K Km, all works gear but there is no power at all under 2200 rpm, above these rpms it goes very strong. Cleaned all connectors, checked for codes or injection problems, checked for vacuum/preasure leaks, new filters, correct tire size and adjusted the turbo to move the boost range lower but still no results.

Any advise on what can it be?

Someone told me it could be a thicker gead gasget causing compression loss but apparently it has never been changed and it makes no sense to me thata 0.05 or 0.1 mm change in thinckness can cause that

The turbo axle has some play but the technician said it was not a big of an issue
