Default Frustrating non-Start Problem (Possibly Alarm)

I have a 99 Montero, V6, 3.0L, 2WD with 125K miles. I recently did some work on it and worked on the battery as well. After connecting the Battery (And even ran jumper cables from my truck), I can not start the truck for the life of me. It is very frustrating. I took a video of my problem and posted it on Youtube, so you can see what I am doing, and the frustration I am going through. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do? The alarm, is the Factory Alarm the truck has (which could be an after market, im not sure) but when using the manual on to turn the alarm off, still no start. Please help. I appreciate any advise or help anyone can give me. Thanks
Aaron
