So far, I have confirmed spark fuel pressure and injector pulse. I do believe I have at least one or maybe more bad fuel injectors ( didn't catch this the first time because i checked pulse at the harness). Also, while the timing belt looks perfectly fine and correctly timed (checked first time just looking at cam marks) it is actually running 15 degrees above TDC. It may be a combination of these 2 problems that caused it to stop starting. Once I know I'll post up. Although, I can't think of anyway for the timing to just skip like that...

How did you check for compression?

Now that you mention it, I don't think I ever directly tested my compression. Good thing I didn't put the intake back on yet. I plan on using a compression tester. We will see what happens there.

Good news, it turns out that being 15% out of time will stop a car from starting. I'm not sure how it happened since there was no damage to any components, but I'm replacing the timing belt and hydrolic tensioner for good measure.
