shaking inbetween 45 MPH and 65 MPH???
When I reach 45 MPH my car starts to shake and when I reach 65 MPH it stops?Ball Joint?
Tie Rod?
Wheel bearings?
Bad Balancings?

Try balancing the tires.

well explain why when i changed the tie rods 99% of the shaking went away?

it allows you to diminish the shaking slightly. but the tie rods will not create vibration.

it will. it is part of the steering column. I have the same problem. ball joint, tie rod,tires,rims/mag, disc brakes worn out (warp) etc etc will cause your steering wheel to shake or vibrate.

no. it wont. it will cause slop in the steering. it can cause noise, handling issues, prematurely worn tires, etc.etc.
but to vibrate, something needs to create the vibration. a tie rod which does not rotate will not. ball joints cant.
you can get motion, but the constant vibration can not be manufactured at a ball socket.
