Default 1991 Talon With Just Over 3500 Original Miles

My friend Ed just got a 1991 Talon TSI AWD with just over 3500 original miles. The guy that had it before passed away and it say for 15 years in a garage. It has the stock tires on it too. Not to mention he only paid 2 grand!!!!!! I think thats badass. Anyone know how much it would be to rent a truck to pick it up?

I am asking you guys what to do before the engine is turned over. All i can think of is change all belts and fluids and drain the tank. Anyone got anything else to add?

What seals should be changed? Seriously... its spotless. The valve cover hasnt got a mark on it. There is no corrosion of any kind anyware on the car...
