I have a 1st gen talon tsi, like the eclipse, but there are no keys for it, i know i can have them made but is there a way i can unlock my steering colum and hot wire it so it can drive in the drive way for testing?

 

get a haynes manual and it will tell you which wire is for what, form there you can compleatly remove the key system into a push pull switch.

 

Hah that reminds me of something, i hotwired i big go cart at our school that the pincible owned, i think i took a wire from the battely and rubbed it with the negative end on the starter and it worked. So you can try that. But is it a auto or manual because that requires more work
