Well The other day my 93' eclipse GS wouldnt start so me and my dad did some diagnostics and it turned out to be a bad MFI Fuel Relay. I replaced the relay today and it worked great....started my car a total of probably 7 or 8 times and i was getting ready to drive away from my friends house when my car wouldnt start...I knew it was the relay because when the relay didnt work the "Check engine" light wouldnt turn on in accessory mode and when it was replaced it did like it was supposed to. and when i went to start it the light wouldnt turn on...I had to rig the relay with tape to get home again which worked luckily... So what can be causing my relay to go bad...? The only wires that have changed location are the foglight wires when i removed them for my new bumper... They are hanging down...could this be causing it? Is my ECU shorting it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Highly possible there is a short in the wireing.
