I have a 93 2.0 16 valve dohc 5 speed. It won't rev past 4000rpm whole driving. Are there rev limiters? If so. How do I change this? Thanks guys

that's well and good. but the fact is you're not looking at "tuning" just yet - you're looking to get your engine running properly. in a front wheel drive "race" car.
